Hello, my name is Tracy McLennon and I live my crafty life on the east coast of Canada in Nova Scotia. My world consists of my talented band teacher husband, my 2 beautiful step daughters and our crazy rescue pooch Kya. I have been a scrapbooker for about 17 years now, I adore papercrafting! I would say my scrapbook style would be clean, classic and layered. Currently I design for May Arts Ribbon, DecoArt and I am the new DIY Crafting Bride columnist for DIY Wedding Magazine.I was so happy to be asked to be a Guest Designer for My Creative Scrapbook just a couple of months ago, and now to be a part of the My Creative Scrapbook Design Team.
I love the simplicity of scrapbook kits! So many of us have so little time in our busy lives to craft, and then when we do it can be daunting. It takes time to organize, plan and finally create. BUT, if you have a kit with all of your coordinating products and papers….all you have to do is add photos! This is what I like to do when going to crops, I just pack my kits, photos, cardstock and I’m good to go!

Hello everyone, Michele here. I have been scrapbooking for 23 years now, and through all of the trends, changes and pretty things I have loved the journey! I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband, and as we are now empty nesters we love to travel and spend time outdoors. I love learning and growing creatively, being inspired, and inspiring others. I’m excited to work with the Limited Edition kits and the team at My Creative Scrapbook!

I do have a few other things that I Like besides Scrapbooking which is Reading and Gardening. There’s Nothing Like fresh Veggies…As far as My Favorite Products here is a few that I like Prima, Graphic 45, Pink Paisliee, Webster’s, Basic Grey, Tim Holtz, Tattered Angel’s and the list goes on….lol
I love to pile it on and distress. I just feel My stuff is not complete if its empty…I guess my style leans toward Vintage and Shabby.I am forever grateful to have this chance to be Guest Designer for My Creative Scrapbook. What a Honor to be designing with their very talented Design Team.

I am the 49-year old mother of four children, ages 16, 12, 11 and 9. Yes, I know I got started late in life having children, but that was God’s plan for our lives. That makes being a mother just that much sweeter to me. I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Mike, for almost 30 years. When I’m not working at home, I am a legal assistant for a local attorney and love my job. I really enjoy relieving stress with a nice, hot, sweaty jog.I started scrapping 6 years ago when I returned from a dream trip to Hawaii. I knew I wanted a scrapbook of my trip, so I picked up an idea book at my local scrapbook store and scraplifted my very first page.
Since then, I haven’t met a patterned paper I didn’t like. I love making use of the patterned papers by cutting out elements in each pattern to embellish my page. I take my Nikon D90 with me everywhere and my kids’ friends even pose for me now.I am so thrilled to be part of the team here at MCS! There are so many talented scrappers, not only on the team, but on the site itself. This is a privilege, and I am so excited.
Hi, my name is Patty McGovern-Pugh. I lived many years in Dallas now I live in Topeka, Kansas. I started scrapbooking when my daughter was born. I love being creative and working with all the beautiful papers, embellishments and trims to create layouts, mini albums, altered home decor items and custom albums. I am the owner’s twin sister, we love to scrapbook and share our memories with our family. I have taught scrapbooking in multiple scrapbook stores and at scrapbooking conventions. I am published in the Scrapbooking for Dummies book.

Hello, Marcia Dehn-Nix ( pronounced Mar see ah ) here. I am married to the most wonderful guy and we live in Minnesota (where winters are way too long and summers are way too short). We have three adult kids, lots of fur babies and grand fur babies, the result of me being a stray magnet as well as a foster failure for a local rescue. I have been scrapbooking for about 25 years. You will see me use lots of cut files on my layouts as well as layers. 9-5 I am a software engineer.
At night I love to play with paper. I also enjoy gardening, cooking, listening to audiobooks, and walking with my dog.
Hi! I’m Jeanne Jachna. I live in Northwest Indiana near Chicago with my DH and one very large fur baby – an Akita I call Miss Moriko. I like to read, garden and cook but I have been completely captivated by card making and paper crafts. I love to mix and match different pattern papers and can’t resist a rainbow of colors. My time crafting is a sweet escape and a fun way to express myself.

I’m Claire, a UK based scrapbooker and long time lover of pretty paper. I’m based down on the south coast of England, where we benefit from some beautiful beaches and a national forest. It gives me plenty of photo opportunities to scrap! I live with my boyfriend and my fur baby. Both of them feature heavily in my layouts, so you’ll get to know them pretty well 🙂 I’ve always enjoyed being creative, and originally began with card making before discovering scrapbooking which now totally has my heart.I enjoy all kinds of styles and techniques, but clean and crisp tends to be my ‘go-to’.

Hi, I’m Maree and I am a New Zealander (or Kiwi!) living in beautiful Denver, Colorado. I have a wonderful husband, two teenagers and two kitties in my household. I have been scrapbooking for 15 years, I started when my son was born as a way to preserve all the baby memories we created and just never stopped because I enjoyed it so much. I love creating 12 x12 layouts and getting inspired by fun products and cut files. I find scrapbooking such a joyful and creative outlet and enjoy the scrapping community I have discovered through social media. I love being creative, spending time with friends and family and going on vacation. I love to ski with my family in winter and hike with friends in the summer. Hi! I’m Joanne. I started scrapbooking in 1900 when a friend introduced me to it, I became obsessed with the creativity and designs of memory keeping. I love making albums for myself, my family, and my friends. I feel like I’m creating a small piece of art work on each page! I have been lucky enough to be on a number of design teams throughout my years of scrapbooking. Hi! I’m Sandi Clarkson and I am beyond excited to be returning to the My Creative Scrapbook design team. I live in the DFW area with my husband and our silly GoldenDoodle, Georgie. We have three grown, married daughters and an ever-growing number of grandkids. As a diagnostic audiologist by profession, papercrafting and mixed media art are exactly the creative outlet that refreshes my soul. My style leans toward shabby chic with lots of layers, dimension and plenty of texture. There is almost always an element of “pretty” to my works although I do love a great grungy project now and then. I’m Debbie and I live in Maryland. I have 2 adult children and last year I became a grandmother to my first grandchild, Elijah. I work full time as a Project Accountant for a Commercial General Contractor. It’s a fast paced job and can be quite stressful meeting deadlines. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family. Weather permitting, you can find me outside working in my flower gardens. But most of the time you can find me in my scrapbook room creating. I love to create layouts, tags, canvases and ATC cards. My name is Jinny Newlin. I am, a wife, homeschool mom, and teacher at heart, living in El Paso, Texas. I have a 21-year-old son who just graduated from college and entered the real world; a 16-year-old daughter who has a heart for music and animals; and an 11-year-old son who loves Legos, reading, and everything outdoors. In our freetime, as a family, we enjoy camping, hiking, caring for our plethora of animals (The chickens are my favorite!), and building tiny homes for our neighbors across the southern border. From cooking/baking to gardening, photography, and even home design/remodeling, I have always been creative; but scrapbooking has held a very special place in my heart now for 24 years. My name is Misty Foresman and I have been playing with paper my entire life. While I enjoy all forms of paper crafting, my “one true love” is scrapbooking.
I started as a 19 year old first time “Mommy-to-Be” because I knew that I would be taking thousands of photos of my baby, of course! This was back in 1997 when there were still film cartridges in cameras, so you can imagine those struggles!
Over the years, I had 4 more children, took thousands more photos, and scrapped a plethora of pages of my Littles. I served on many Design teams- for kit clubs and Manufacturers alike, as I had a deep love for the art of scrapbooking.
In 2016, my oldest son was killed in a hit and Run motorcycle accident 5 days before his 19th birthday. Rather than having the birthday celebrationthat I had planned for him, I buried my son on his birthday that year instead.
My entire world shatter and I withdrew from everything, including Scrapbooking. I found that I couldn’t finish a layout without having to wipe away tears from my eyes so that I could see… and then puddles off of the photos that were inevitably ruined. I was a mess and needed to allow myself time to heal.
I spent the next several years figuring out how to live again and trying to help myself and my 4 other children heal and continue moving forward.
In 2021, I married an amazing man that had helped me on my healing journey, and had encouraged me to begin scrapbooking again. He reminded me of my “WHYs”…and that’s when my love of the hobby evolved into my “Mission”.
I still scrapbook for the fun and the love of the art, but now it is even more. I help grieving Mothers in my community to heal through scrapbook-therapy. Because of this, I have discovered that I have changed my personal scrapping style. I now have a crafting style that is not only fresh and trendy, but also reproducible and easily adapted for new and experienced crafters alike. My goal is to encourage memory keeping to everyone that I encounter, both in person and on social media. Document ALL the memories…and take ALL the photos. You never know when it will be the last opportunity that you have with your loved ones. ❤️
Hello, friends! Nicole Martel, here. I am married to my husband of 22 years (together 26 years), and we have a 16 year old son. We also have a cat, and two Pomskies whom we love dearly. We live in Maryland- born and raised here. I have been scrapbooking for over 25 years and I absolutely enjoy everything about paper crafting. I do a little of everything from layouts, mini albums, cards, and mixed media…I like to just play and have fun. Aside from scrapbooking, I am an avid reader, I love to travel and go on adventures- outdoors. I also enjoy taking my dogs for walks and snuggling with them at night.
Hello I’m Creatively Michelle—paper crafter, mini album magician, memory keeper, and proud mom of four grown boys who still wonder how I make such a mess with “just paper.” ???? I’ve been obsessed with all things paper since 1998, when I made my very first scrapbook and realized I could turn memories into magic. Fast forward to today, and I’m still covered in glue, surrounded by pretty paper, and loving every minute of it. I live in Lyon, France, with my partner. Mother of two grown boys, I am also grandmother of three grandchildren. My favorite hobbies are photography and scrapbooking, which I have been practicing for more than fifteen years. I scraped alone and explored the internet for a long time before I discovered exactly the style of scrapbooking that suited me. I don’t have a particular style: it’s often my photography that dictates the direction of my creation, but I particularly appreciate paper, flowers and embellishments.
